Launch a pair of coins that fight.
Pick two types that clash on the type chart. Both coins launch on pump.fun and pay into one pot, and every round the pot buys and burns whichever side held up better.

The matchup
The pair has to make sense, and the program checks.
A battle only opens when one type hits the other harder in at least one direction. Two types that are neutral both ways have nothing to fight about, so the program refuses them. The weaker side of a matchup gets 12.5% more credit for its gains per step, so Fire can still beat Water.
The round
Holding wins rounds. Sniping does not.
Every 24 hours the side whose SOL on the curve rose more, averaged over the round, takes the pot. Readings come every minute and each gap counts at the lower reading, so a buy that leaves before the next one counts for nothing. The pot buys the winner and burns it.
The lifecycle
Two coins, one pot, until one fills its curve.
Pair
Pick two types that clash and name a coin for each. Both go up on pump.fun with Pokepair program addresses as their creators, so every creator fee comes to the battle.
Fight
Both coins trade on their own curves. Fees from either side fill one pot: 70% of every sweep, with 30% going to the launcher. Nobody can withdraw the pot.
Win a round
Every 24 hours the side that held up better is owed the pot. Anyone can trigger the buy, which burns every token it gets. Wins evolve a side to stage 2 and 3.
Knockout
The first coin to fill its bonding curve wins the battle. Rounds stop, and everything after, from both coins, buys and burns the winner on PumpSwap.
Questions
The short answers.
Why two coins instead of one?
A single coin only has its own holders. A pair has a rival from the first block, and every trade on the other side still pays into the pot your side can win. People trade rivalries more than they trade anything else.
Why does the pair have to be a real matchup?
Because that is what gives the fight a reason. The program checks the type chart and refuses two types that are neutral in both directions, like Normal and Psychic. That leaves 77 pairs, and in most of them one type is favoured, which is why the underdog gets a bonus.
How is a round won?
Each side scores by how far its SOL on the pump.fun curve rose during the round, averaged over time. Readings are taken every minute, and each gap between two readings counts at the lower of the two, so money only counts while it is actually there. The higher score, if it is above zero, gets the pot.
Can someone buy right before the round closes and steal it?
No. A buy only starts counting once it has survived to the next reading, and it only counts for as long as it stays. Buying big, taking a reading and selling adds nothing; the fork test does exactly that with 10 SOL and checks it moved the score by zero.
